Awesome conference coming up 17 June to 19 June, with a focus on maori men and health,
"Maori men suffer a disproportionately high burden of disease compared with other New Zealanders. During the last two decades, Maori males were more than twice as likely to die prematurely as non Maori males. Overall the literature confirms that Maori men score the worst of all New Zealanders on a number of health indices, and have some of the poorest health records in the world."
