bush wiping hands on clinton video
I don't think bush was trying to get clinton to move - I think he was wiping the handshake off his skin.

That's slick of Bush. :D Maybe the guy had sweaty hands? Or maybe Bush is scared of the Swine Flu (H1N1) or maybe he is like Howie Mandel? I get freaked out shaking people's hand but I would not have the guts to wipe my hands on an ex-president.
